Sandy began a lifelong association with fitness at the age of seven, taking part in a YMCA youth fitness class. By the age of twelve he was teaching fitness classes to younger children, and has been involved with fitness instruction at some level ever since.

Today his focus is on helping individuals achieve their fitness goals through one-on-one and small group fitness training. Whether your goal is weight loss, muscle toning, body shaping, improved health, or all of the above, Sandy has the knowledge and experience to guide you to success with a customized program designed just for you, as he has done for many satisfied clients.

Sandy is certified as a Personal Trainer by the American Council on Exercise (ACE), and as a Flexibility Coach by the International Fitness Professionals Association. He also has a Certificate of Professional Recognition from the IDEA Health and Fitness Association, and is a member of the National Strength and Conditioning Association.
